100% Lightweight Polyester – 110 g/m²
Our standard fabric for stadium flags. Delivers bright, vivid colors without glare – perfect for TV broadcasts and photos.
At Logo, you can also order stadium banners. These impressive, custom-made stadium flags are designed for fans to display and are perfect for energizing the crowd and encouraging active participation — most commonly at football, volleyball, or boxing matches.
Complex designs are printed and stitched together. We work with printed fabric strips up to 3.2 meters wide, which we sew into massive supporter and club flags. Simpler designs and national flags are made by stitching together sheets of solid-colored flag fabric.

We use fabrics suited to each application when producing stadium flags:
For very large stadium banners, we use a proven lightweight, breathable 110 g/m² polyester. This material drapes well, prevents air bubbles, and ensures that fans under the flag don’t feel stifled.
For circular and smaller flags intended for long-term use — especially when they also serve a functional purpose, such as separating fan sections — we use a denser 185 g/m² fabric.
For large flags, weight is a key factor — it directly affects how easily the flag can be deployed and rolled up.
In most cases, we use the lighter 110 g/m² fabric to make transportation and handling of the flags easier. We aim to make the logistics of moving and spreading the banner on the stands as simple as possible for both you and us. If the flag is especially large and difficult to carry, we divide it into sections that can be zipped together in the stadium. This is especially important during folding down, when damage and dirt are most likely—and these flags are usually intended for repeated use. These large fabric surfaces can also be used as fan barriers or central circle flags. If a more durable version is needed, we can make the flag from 185 g/m² fabric. Just keep in mind—it will be about 60% heavier.

Reinforced fabric for stadium flags. Dense, durable weave with excellent color saturation.
Twenty years ago, the only way to make a sector banner was to sew it together from colored fabric pieces cut from flag material. We still use this traditional method today when the design is simple and the client gives us enough lead time. Sometimes it’s about the unique style and character of a sewn banner. Most often, however, we work with digitally printed strips. Digital printing has significantly streamlined our process — we print 3.2-meter-wide sections of the banner and stitch them together to achieve the desired size.
We won’t give you an instant answer — but we’ll send a quote quickly.
The price depends on:
Size and shape
Type of fabric used
Graphic complexity (sometimes most of the banner is unprinted fabric)
Our sector banners are safe — the fabrics we use are certified and meet B1 safety standards according to DIN 4102-1:1998-05.
We do everything we can to make stadium flags easy and safe to handle — to unfold, fold, and transport. Durable stitching and high-quality materials give our sector banners a long life. We finish them all around with a strong reinforcement tape and equip them with grommets or carrying handles.
We do our part to make your stadium flag last — but you can also extend its life by following a few simple guidelines:
Store in a dry place with air circulation
For large banners, involve several people and carry the flag horizontally
Watch out for sharp edges in the stands and during transport — large flags can tear easily
Even small damages can spread quickly — repair any damage immediately
